Whitehurst
My boyfriend and I have just moved into our third apartment together. Talk about wasting money! We've spent over 60K in just rent in 5 years! Each time we move, we move with the intentions of getting more bang for our buck while spending less, however each time we move we seem to spend more and more money. More money on move out charges, move in fees, moving trucks, etc. Moving is CRAZY! Our apartment before was a one bedroom, one bath and was quite tiny for us and our pets. We just moved into... whitehurst townhomes less than a month ago. We have a little more space now with this 2 bed, 2.5 bath. So far it has been kinda rough however things are coming more together each day. When we first moved in we had a lot of maintenance issues that were all resolved relatively quickly. Initially I didn't want to have my dining area combined with my living room, but now that it's put together, it doesn't look as bad as I imagined. I also wish the kitchen had a little more cabinet space. The townhouses in this area are a little older and a bit out dated so there are definitely things in that aspect that could help this place out quite a bit. We have never really been able to say "what great neighbors we have!", however here, everyone that we've bumped into has reached out and made us feel welcome. Overall, since living here things have gradually calmed down and we are starting to call this home. We have spent a lot of time and ALOT money getting to where we are today, not just in this apartment, but in life as a whole. This money would help out tremendously and would truly be a blessing.

Hampton Down
Even though they fix things in the apartment when they break. Things are always breaking down such as the toilets are always flooding. you can never get rid of the spiders you are always killing spiders no matter how you get rid of spider web when you find them. They are always coming in. The kitchen equipment is old such as the stove and dishwasher. I just got a new refrigerator the one that was replace froze everything inside the cooling part. Now the new one do not keep things cool enough... in the cooling part no matter how you try to set the setting. Now I am not saying that the new apartment that was recently built. The apartment on Whitehurst Road is their older apartment.
