My family and I love it here. Peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Close to the kids school. The staff is amazing absolutely adore them. Clean property. Maintenance works very hard with keeping up the property. Everyone is so respectful.

I have lived here for approximately 3 1/2 years and the property and management are professional and do their best to make you feel like this is a home. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. The property is well maintained. I moved from a house to this property never have lived in an apartment before. People said I would hate it. Not the case. My apartment is quiet and the people are friendly. I’ll stay here for as long as they will have me

These apartments are nice but they are overpriced. The management team is not welcoming and they can be rude. You really aren't getting what you pay for....For example, the pool will give you claustrophobia. It's too small for as many people that live in the complex and the employees are usually there partying with their friends. You can't get internet or cable separately. You have to pay for it in a bundle through the apartment complex and the rate is a little more expensive.

I've lived here for almost a year now. For the price and for the square footage, the APARTMENTS aren't bad. The workers are snooty and come off as very insincere, so if you can get over that... The big draw of the complex is that it seems very dog friendly. I have issues that they market as having two dog parks. One of the dog parks is NOT dog-friendly for most dogs since the fence has vertical bars that small dogs could fit through and most dogs could jump over the fence. The other dog park is... chain-link and only ~4 ft. tall. Most dogs can jump over this as well. The park is always covered in dog poop. The dog stations are very rarely stocked with poop bags and are rarely emptied. As a result, they are overflowing with bags of dog poop on a weekly basis. I feel this could be easily avoidable if more attention was paid to the condition of the complex. As another example of the lack of attention, tenants move out and leave garbage all over the place. Nothing is done to remove the trash--broken mirrors, mattresses, it just looks like a dump. Also there are a few hidden fees that are not very well discussed by the workers. This includes a required cable fee ($55), valet trash ($10), and a few others I believe. The cable should be an optional add on, and the valet trash is ridiculous. You leave your trash can out, and someone picks up your garbage at your door for you. Half of the time he drops the garbage can and leaves it knocked over. It's just unfortunate. But again, if you don't care about how you are treated, then for the price, the apartments themselves are not bad.

This is a pretty good apartment complex. The location is supreme- right near the mall and tons of shopping opportunities. However, the road can get busy on the weekends and at 5 pm on week days, making the commute a little longer. The buildings are clean and pressure washed fairly regularly. The pool and club house are both really nice and well maintained. The community has started several different social events, including a corn hole tournament. This is a good option for both the young... and young at heart.
