Loved this place until new management company. Still love the people in the office and I like the apt, but doing business is difficult so I'm moving.

The staff are wonderful and the new owners have started to take care of some of the long overdue basic maintenance. Unfortunately there's a lot of basic maintenance left to be done. The setting is pretty with an easily accessible walking trail along the Merrimack river.

Great value for money in Bedford. Yes, the area is not cheap but we think you get what you pay for. The buildings have been around for a while so they feel well built. Management has been great to work with and always very responsive. Since new management purchased the property, they have been making great improvements and did not raise the rent too much.
