This is a beautiful complex however the rent is rather high for a one bedroom apartment with no utilities included. The new property manager is working to create improvements however we hope it does not increase rent cost as it is already high for a small apartment with no utilities.

Overall the experience has been great. The office staff are wonderful to work with. The maintenance staff always react to any issue I have. I would like to see a better job done with the recycling issue. It’s always a mess and an eyesore.

Moved in November, has been a great experience thus far. From the office personnel to maintenance to friendly neighbors, I really don't have any complaints. I love how dog-friendly the community is as well. Overall extremely happy living here.

I love living here at Heritage on the Merrimack. I've lived here since around 2012 and it's such a wonderful place to live! I have fantastic neighbors, the amenities are great (especially the pool in the summer!) and the staff here, especially the maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive with anything you need. I plan on staying here a long time and recommend it highly!

I’ve lived here seven years in April and I absolutely love it. I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. My dogs love it. I have friends here that are now like family and I love everything about the people that work here too.
