We are the ONLY home in the area with a... fenced-in lot-sized yard that is close to the Hampton River and Seabrook Beach. Enjoy fishing/swimming at Seabrook beach to walking down to the Hampton Strip for the Casino, Arcades, and Fried Dough! The yard is yours to use and/or split with the other side ( a smaller, attached unit)! To be candid, the house does not have a washer/dryer, but we are near 3 local laundromats within 1-2 miles of the home.

A short drive to Newburyport (15 minutes) and Portsmouth/Exeter (20 minutes), Southern Maine Coastline (25 minutes), Boston, MA (55 minutes), Portland, ME & Lakes Region (60 minutes).
