Best place to live in Plymouth, hands down.
I have lived 4 other places in my short time here. Everything here is a monopoly, so management will NOT be nice or respectful to you because, frankly, they don't have to. Housing is so scarce on this campus that they can treat residents however they want. HOWEVER, Fox Park has been refreshing. The management does have communication issues (some emails go unanswered or only partially answered hence my 4-star rating), but if you catch them in the office or call, they handle issues in a very... timely manner. I was lucky to get an apartment with good internet signal, but some friends have had to get their own internet because of poor connection. The apartment itself is very spacious for a one-bedroom and after living here for a semester I have not had any issues. It's also a quick walk to campus or Main St. It seems expensive, but it is extremely affordable compared to the crap you get anywhere else in this town. Walls aren't thin so I only ever hear my neighbors in the morning when I have no music or TV playing, and even then they have to be STOMPING or YELLING for me to hear them. Super nice apartments!
