Halstead Countryside Apartments

We’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had minimal complaints. Most of the staff is quite friendly, maintenance is timely though occasionally backups happen. They try to take care of the most important issues first, which unavoidably puts non emergent issues on a delay. Our neighbors are all pretty great except one but that’s the joy of apartment living. They do a good job at making the area feel safe and not like stereotypical Manchester.

We had a hard time finding a place that met our needs and would allow us to have our two 50lb dogs, so it was a relief when we found Halstead had both what we wanted in an apartment (good sq footage, in unit laundry and dishwasher, good closet sizing) and would allow us to have our dogs! Application and approval process was easy and painless, and Michael at the leasing office was super friendly and knowledgeable about the apartments and patiently talked over all the options available and helped... us find an apartment that met our needs. We love living here! The staff is so responsive, especially in terms of safety. We love how quiet it is and in a prime area!

Great place to call home, with all the amenities it’s a great place to raise a family.

The maintenance crew here is outstanding, and they are very excellent when they do their jobs
