My apartment needs work that has not been done since I moved in but I understand that they are busy with turnover. It can wait. Also the rent increases every year are now way out of reach for me. the rent is 65 % of our fixed income. I don't want to move because my age is catching up with me. Almost 800$ in 4 years is a bit much..

It is a nice area to live in. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking never seems to be an issue there are plenty of open spaces. Very pet friendly.

Expensive and could be cleaner. Apartment needs a lot of work for the money you pay to live in these. But the people who look over the property are very helpful.
