Portside Apartments

I am a current resident and greatly regret my decision to sign a one-year lease at Portside. The building is new but that's where the appeal ends. Living here has been an absolute nightmare and management a masterclass on how to run a building into the ground.

Took a tour. Very nice with great views. The bedrooms are small. We were told that a king would fit. Unfortunately, no other furniture would fit. The biggest problem is parking. There are approximately 90 apartments and only around 78 parking spots. They designed this building with the idea that most people will not be using a car. That's not a good idea or plan.
