Are they interested in leasing?
I have been trying to rent a place at this location for over 6 months now because the prices seem reasonable and the location is perfect for my NYC commute. However, every time I stop by the office (During business hours), there is never anybody there. I have called several times and left messages... no call back... It makes you wonder the type of service/attention the tenants receive. I'm moving on to look somewhere else.

Horrible!!!
Horrible service! I went to see an apartment and singed a leased. I gave them almost $2400 in deposit and 1st moth but didn't event get a copy of the lease I called back not even 24 hours later to tell them that I wanted to cancel (which in the state of Nj you have 3 business days to do so) and they do not want to return my money or take care of me! Now they keep giving me excuses. I can tell that these people do not even care about there tenants, laws, or any regulations!
