Great place to live, close to everything.

I moved to Essex chase after downsizing from a large home. The garage units are spacious and offer 2 parking spaces. The aprtments are very well appointed, and maintenance is very quick to reapond to any of your needs. The community itself is very laid back and friendly, lots of green spaces and a dog park for your furry friends. There is also a pool, clubhouse and gym area for resident use. Close to Rowan university and the newly built hospital, Major highway access is only 2 minutes away, and... you could be in center city Philadelphia in 25 minutes. The deptford mall shopping area is only 12 minutes away and there is a wawa and cvs very close by. This has been by far one of the best choices I've made. You will love Essex chase.

This place is amazing!!!

I recently toured Essex Chase and was very pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and all around true relocating concern that Carol Powell, a leasing agent, had shown during my tour. I was also able to work with Kristin String, the property manager, and she is a real pleasure to speak to and also very professional and true relocating concern towards my upcoming move. I currently rent at Hamilton Green in Mays Landing which is a community owned by the Scully Company. Everything... that Essex Chase offers are creature comforts that I have grown accustom to now. The entire community is very well kept, the clubhouse, state of the art gym, pool, locker rooms are all tastefully designed and very modern. Essex Chase is conveniently located near a lot of up and coming construction in the area as well as near many other great things that the area offers.

Love our home!

My husband and I moved in about a year ago. From the moment we stepped foot into our brand new apartment, we felt like we were home! Everyone is friendly, the office is on top of issues and addresses any concerns you have in a very timely
fashion. They value a clean and nice looking community and that is exactly what you have here. We couldn't be happier, and look forward to many years here!
