Advantage:
The studio is huge. 24 hours doorman.
The courier managed it well.
Good soundproofing, beautiful and exquisite decoration.
Disadvantages:
Difficulty in drying clothes in the tumble dryer.
The damaged dishwasher won't get the dishes cleaned.
I'm sure the flat will help me fix it as soon as possible.

So far , everything has been good, although there is one thing I’d love to change with the monthly con service , Ill bring it up to management to see if there’s more option . Also the service request takes too long to be taken care of , I reported an issue with my apt almost 3 weeks ago and still no solution

Maintenance as well as concierge support is the best.
Also apartment has the great amenities wirh modern appliances such as alexa connected, inbuilt speakers and wine fridge and many more
