Metropolis Towers Apartments

Absolutely horrible apartments. All the other reviews were absolutely right. No hot water or proper heating in the winter. Problem with mice and cockroaches. Extremely rude and impolite staff. Nothing gets fixed when you put in a complaint.

Don't overlook the negative reviews. I wish I could have read these reviews before leasing.

It's better to give no star. Only the location is one best thing about this apartments. Other than that everything is very unhealthy and dangerous here. On top of bugs and mice, recently (May,2019) there is a BURGLARY happened in my apartment. The thief had a master key. There was not break-in. They nicely opened the door of my apartment walked in stole all 22K gold jewelers and credit cards and arranged everything back again and went. I lodged a police complain and also reported to the... management. But nothing had done yet. Management doesn't have any CCTV footage. They are so non responsive about the whole incident. It's really unsafe to live in this building with kid. Everyone smokes at the front door including the security staff under the "DO NOT SMOKE " banner. I'll not recommend this apartment to anyone. I have lived in the building since 2007 and like how it is so conveniently located right next to the path. The building has also just done renovations such as redoing all of the balconies and exterior. I like the staff, everyone is real nice here. You get a community feel once you start living here. It is also the cheapest rent and only building that includes utilities in rent, so that definitely helps. I recommend it.

Very rude doormen (they are always angry about something for no reason), and terrible management. Tons of roaches, and horrible ventilation. Stay away.

The building is very old...lots of roaches...there are water line problems all the time...the balcony repairs are going on since months....and they try to get money out of you one way or another...

The management is very rude...no one should get the apartment here just because of the location...there are lots of good building in the area.
