Renew the less Comfortable apartment, which meets my expectations. When I have needed the maintenance team, they have responded as quickly as possible. The cleaning team keeps the common areas clean.

Garbage disposal & clothes dryer Adriano arrived within an hour after I filed my maintenance request and promptly resolved both issues. He also gave me tips on how to prevent or minimize those problems from happening again. The entire maintenance department is a credit to SoFi - they are all prompt, responsive and professional. Hats off to Danny, Christopher, Adriano and Alvaro.
