Cheap Materials in Apartment All of our kitchen drawers are falling apart, the handle to the bathroom keeps coming off despite maintenance fixing it, the washing machine leaves grey stains on all of our light colored clothes and they won't come out. There is constantly a leak underneath the kitchen sink which has caused mold and mildew to grow,. Our entire closet shelving fell off the wall because it was drilled into the drywall and not the studs. Even though the apartment is small, there is a... radical difference in temperature between the bedroom and living room/kitchen area. For the amount of money we pay every month we expect much higher quality materials in our living space.
Also, whenever there is a freeze, there is a dangerous amount of frozen water at the end of the sidewalk that NEVER gets salted and is just a an accident waiting to happen. Read More

The people who live here are very friendly, the atmosphere is a safe and secure environment. Any problems that I have had with my apartment, were handled in a timely and professional manner.

It is newly renovated with nice finishings and the view is great from the backyard!! The appliances are nice too!
