Clean, pet friendly, easy parking in Montclair
I have lived here for many years. This is a great, pet-friendly apartment which is kept clean. I have a one bedroom but I believe there are two bedroom units. The landlord and super are very friendly and accommodating. Repairs or issues are handled in a timely, professional manner, and the communication is great. Heat, hot water, and cooking gas are included in the price of rent. One of the biggest perks is the building has its own parking lot. Each unit gets two parking spots. That is almost... unheard of in Montclair, where parking permits are the standard, and quite pricy. It's actually what sold me on this apartment after viewing many spaces in Montclair. A storage unit also comes standard in the basement, and there is shared laundry, which is easy to access as it is a smaller building. There is usually an apartment available but tenant turnover is not high because everyone is so pleased to live here. It's worth checking out.
