They have no sympathy at all, charging move out fee even when in financial hardship situation and family issues after 5 years of residency

The building and units are nice and the overall environment is good. However the added fees (including automatic sign ups to unnecessary services such as RentPlus and overpriced renters insurance that require the renter to spend time unsubscribing) add up and really impact the overall renting cost and experience
