Bittersweet

As you can tell by the reviews and corresponding dates.. everything just went downhill. 4 college students used a 2bd 2bath for the past two years. Appliances are stunningly new and the amenities are great. It was absolutely amazing in the beginning; lots of memories were made. Needless to say, management was completely terrible. Poor communication everywhere. The only people I’d give credit to is maintenance (nicest and the most hardworking people ever). Rent skyrocketed for the second year and... scheduling a move-out was a hassle. You’re better off finding another affordable, friendlier, and orderly place. It may be just the summertime and schools over but A LOT are moving out!!
PS: the walls are fragile. Good luck trying to take whatever you put up on the wall. Pretty sure they did that on purpose so you wouldn’t get your security deposit back!

Messy Management

The apt itself is fantastic, don’t expect the lounge to be a quiet area for studying all the time, gym is okay, attached parking garage is convenient, and close proximity to the yard bus stop is nice. However, 60% workers are super nice and helpful while the other 40% couldn’t care less. The overall process of moving in and renewing the lease will most likely be horrendous. But if you can get over that then it’s pretty chill.

Mixed feelings

The units tend to be large but the finishings are budget. The wall paint in particular is very easy to chip or scuff. I liked the gym but other high-rise buildings in the area do have nicer amenities. It’s generally well-maintained (the cleaning staff does a great job) even though it looks kind of dated. The staff is hit or miss; some are very nice and helpful, others put on headphones and deliberately tune residents out while manning the front desk. One has a short fuse and tends to talk to... residents rudely. I just avoided her. It also gets loud at night. The restaurant across the street, Evelyn’s, blares music outdoors until 2am (not just weekends) except during winter. I’ve lived above two bars in NYC and this place is louder. Just keep that in mind if you're someone who needs to get up early for work.

Lazy and rude leasing office

Drove in from Philadelphia to find a front desk with no 5-cent masks for visitors to use. Decided not to walk back to my car then back to the building. It's the most expensive building in New Brunswick but treated me like a college kid. Just say "no."

Amazing aspire

We are moving in August 1. The minute I walked into this new construction I knew I was home. The lobby is based on the 4 elements. Had me ther. The roof deck sealed the deal. Dog friendle. Great set up of our home base. Floor to ceiling windows. Small workable kitchen with those drawers that close quietly!
