About The Modern Rooming House

**ROOM FOR RENT** Welcome to 377 Smith Street! We hope you will consider us as the next place you call home! We offer private bedrooms (some with private bathrooms) in a safe, quiet, property. Located on Smith Street, you will be walking distance... from the NJ Transit Train system and all major bus lines, as well as downtown Perth Amboy

All rooms come furnished with a fresh twin-sized bed and a clean refrigerator. Microwaves are allowed, but hot plates and other electrical cooking appliances are not. All utilities are included in the rent, however, wasting utilities is prohibited.

We maintain a quiet community feel and excessive noise is prohibited. We conduct regular pest control services and management inspections of all bedrooms. The building interior and exterior is equipped with security cameras that run 24/7.

Very Old deplorable Apartment

Always having sewage problems, rats, roaches and maintenance only do patch work nothing that’s durable. Bathrooms aren’t private, majority of tenants used the same bathroom. Cleaner guy complains about management fails to pay him for his work.
