Shami Apartments

Everything described by the other review is 100% true. Do not rent this apartment. It is roach infested. There were roaches all over the apartment and even in the hallway. They don't clear the snow in the winter making it very dangerous to walk, the staff very lazy, and the apartments seem to have plumbing issues and always smell like sewer. Half the time the washer and dryer didn't work and you end up losing your money for laundry. Again, don't rent this apartment.

The worst maintenance I have ever seen in a building.
The building is full of roaches all over the building. I am a super clean person and not even like this I was able to keep the roaches away, the building is infested with roaches.

Only two washing machines and two dryer machines for the whole two buildings with the floor levels each and most of the time they are out of order or do not function properly.
The floors in the hallway are nasty and during snow season they do not clean the... parking lot and it becomes dangerous after the snow becomes ice.

Needs lot's of improvement and the buildings owner should come more often and get be more involved in maintaining the building maintenance standards. Read More
