Horrible management
There are so many problems with our tenancy here. We were without air conditioning for 6 weeks in the middle of summer with no rush to resolve and no compensation for the significant inconvenience (very difficult to work from home - to be fair, they provided one and then finally a second room unit that allowed us to at least use a fraction of our rented space over this time!).
In the final rental agreement you learn about additional fees like the previously mentioned valet trash service, which... is both absurd and unhygienic, as well as common area fees. There is no possibility to move out early without outrageous fees.
Additionally, ensure that you have fully documented the state of the apartment before and after as they don't apparently review the tenants's check in documents and try to bill for everything possible that was *ever* wrong with the apartment at the end of your tenancy.
Overall, the worse experience I've had renting over the last 40 years across the US and the UK. Avoid at all costs.
