Place is really nice and has good appliances. Internet works well and people are really cool.

Elysian at St Rose is a great community to live in. I have lived here for three years and I like the apartment units and the overall community and amenities. The bedrooms in the two bedroom units are very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely designed with lots of cabinet space, nice light fixtures, and updated counter tops and flooring.

The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. All of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The common areas and... landscaping around the property are regularly well maintained. There are also opportunities for community events, which include family friendly activities. The staff will also send occasional emails with updates and reminders to residents, which I appreciate. It shows me that the staff is aware of what happens in the community and strives to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Additionally, they find ways to enhance your living. For example, since I've been living here, they've added recycle dumpsters, Pilates and yoga classes, and an Amazon locker for picking up packages after office hours.

In terms of security, this is a gated community and I appreciate that the gates are always closed no matter the time of day. There is also a security guard present.

Around the neighborhood, my neighbors are friendly and we greet each other. People are respectful and tend to keep to themselves, which I prefer. I've been here for three years and I've had the same neighbors and also see the same people and parked cars. I don't often see a lot of moving in/out, which I think says a lot about the ease and quality of living here. You can count on a quiet experience while you stay here. The unit we stayed in was modern with sufficient storage for a 1 bedroom. Security is present and clearly do their assigned detail each and every night.

Brittany was a joy to have as a manager. She will always make time for you and all your concerns even if it means staying after posted business hours.

Several community events were produced, all of them very fun and enjoyable.

Highly recommend! I stayed here for a year and a half with no issues. Large dogs permitted, the apartment has a lot of storage, property management is pleasant and helpful, maintenance team is responsive and the place is quiet and safe. Zero complaints over my stay here.

There are no surrounding buildings to block views of Red Rock, The Strip, McCarran Airport, and Henderson Airport is within walking distance. The I-15 is just seconds away and Anthem is just 5-10 minutes away. Holiday fireworks can be seen just steps outside or from your balcony. Perfect spot for peace and tranquility all year. Grounds are maintained meticulously. Leasing office provides several activities during the year, including drawings for various prizes.
