Marisol is great to work with. Amenities work well. The only con is that there's no elevator. And someone should clean up regularly around the neighborhood. Enforce dog poop fines.

Living at The Well is very peaceful and very satisfying to me and my family,we have everything that we need here utility wise and accommodation wise. Leasing is very professional whenever we have concerns and maintenance is always on top of their work.

I've only been in my new apt for 2 weeks now but so far it's been phenomenal! The front office staff are incredible, friendly and so helpful. I love the maintenance crew! They are so on top of everything which is greatly appreciated. The apt is beautiful, I've got brand new appliances in my kitchen which I've never gotten in any apt before. The counters are beautiful. As of right now, I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I still feel the same in 6 months!
