Renters Beware
I thought I was getting a nice apartment in a gated community. This couldn't be the furthest thing from the truth. Stay away this apartment complex is a joke. We had issues from day one not only with the apartment itself having an unlimited amount of issues that still were not all taken care of when we decided that we got a lemon and left. They are trying to charge us 9k for breaking a lease when we asked several times to be moved to a different apartment in the complex and got ignored. The... apartment stunk of smoke, the place was caked in nicotine residue, even after them allegedly cleaning it 3 times. We had mechanical issues. We had to ask them to replace all of the fire alarms. We had noise issues and they (the management) blatantly outed us to our neighbors to the point where we were confronted. It was so much more, save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this place. They are a joke. I am going to everything possible to let as many people know how awful our experience was here.
