Inova Apartments

Gate has been broken with no updates to current residents. When we got snow there was no road care (plowing or salting) so the roads were super icy.

I have only been here at the Inova for one month, but I love the sense of Community and the people I am meeting. It is quiet and seems to be fairly respectful of one another. I love how dog friendly it is. The staff are very friendly and helpful and easy to approach. Thank you, Inova for allowing us to make this home.

Love love love ! The close proximity to so many stores. Amazing staff and maintenance, what’s not to love. You have so many amazing amenities and a 24 hour gym !

All positive things, I love living here and have loved living here the last two years! Staff are all really nice, maintenance is on top of things. I’ve never had an issue with noise or anything.

A very good community. Most residents are respectful and courteous, and as with any large residential community, there are a few low-lifes. It's just the way it is. They are the ones who don't pick up after the dogs, who race their engines on the property, etc. Yet the good residents far outnumber those few outliers.
Management on the property is outstanding. They are engaging, they listen, they act on requests, and they have created a much more hospitable environment than prior... management teams (Thanks Cody and Mandy)!
The Maintenance and Ground crews have also improved over the past few years. This team is hard-working, responsive, friendly, and respectful, and they do an outstanding job keeping the grounds in tip-top shape. If you are looking at moving to a property with excellent amenities and excellent management and maintenance crews, you owe it to yourself to consider Inova. Read More
