Really great living experience just need maintenance to be more efficient, consistent, and reliable. I have resigned my lease to this wonderful place full of new memories or random shenanigans of wild college students.

My favorite thing about this place is how silent it can be (except for my upstairs neighbors)

for the most part its pretty nice.
though not enough info on different charges confused me, and insurance payments even if i have insurance is unfortunate
