Not a good experience
I made the mistake of moving in with roommates without touring the building myself. The building is nice, but the walls are thin and it is loud. Lack of closets is annoying but certainly not a main concern. The location is terrible, and people hang out at the liquor store/corner store on the bottom floor of the building that constantly cat call and made me feel unsafe as a woman walking at night. I planned on having parking in the garage, and was denied that after I moved in, and therefore was... parking far away and walking back alone at night. Management is extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with. Unwilling to help with the parking situation, and there were still spots available months later and I was able to get one. They then messed up the charges and struggled to provide an explanation. Didn't give an answer about subletting for over 2 months and then declined it. Extremely rude on the phone. The live in super is great, but he can only do so much with management. Far from the subway so plan on having a car or taking the bus. Terrible experience living here. The neighborhood is anything but picturesque like they claim and for $50,000 a year it would be nice to feel safe.
