lived here since it opened. the sidewalk is the dog toilet. the compactor rooms are infested with roaches. maintenance workers don't clean properly or use dirty bleach and sour mops for floors then pour it onto sidewalk and into tree planter in front of building also splashing it on cars (I've had to get my car refinished because this bleach was splattered onto my car, ruining the paint). absolutely no screening process for tenants. only thing changed is the fact that car break-ins have slowed... down. mine was broken into twice. The building is nice, brand new. And the area is pretty quiet for the most part! Very close to the 2 and 5 trains. But VERY loud and disrespectful neighbors! They have kids screaming in the hallways ALL DAY!
