Recent Retiree

I currently live in a NYCHA development. Maintenance is deplorable, too many tenants with very bad habits terrible attitudes and even worst (dis) respect for their surroundings. The one saving grace is the few tenants who appreciate fellowship and making the most of a bad situation. If I'm one of the few who's blessed to win a rent free situation, I shall give thanks to he who makes all things possible. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
P.S. When will you offer a new apartment as a prize?

Not bad

Being a public housing building you'll think it's terrible. To my surprised it's not at all. The occupants are friendly, the building is always being cleaned. The neighborhood itself is calm and safe. The part, there's a shopping center and transportation is convenient.
