Bad living experience at 325 Kent.. construction is their priority
-Leasing office and building management do not properly communicate
-30% residence 70% construction zone- dust everywhere in the building, workers start as early as 7am.. plastic wrap on floors.. heat, gas, and water can be turned off at any time for "emergency repairs"
-We moved in and THEN found out they are doing WORK ON THE FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING!!!! (which could go all the way to "summer 2018")
-Quality of the apartments aren't great.. dry wall is cheap, floors are cheap, our floor... rises up in one part
-Amenities are great but there is always construction workers coming through
-When things are broken (like the lobby from door) the management does not inform their residents when to expect them to be fixed (just like when they did a random renovation to the lobby without telling us)..
THIS BUILDING WAS OPENED WAYYYY BEFORE IT SHOULD'VE BEEN!! I am posting this so nobody else will have to go through this. Do not believe anything you hear in the leasing office- ask to see detailed plans of the construction because all projected dates have been WRONG!! They will try to act like the building is pretty much done, but its all just for publicity to get more people in the building. We were told our side of the building would be done by beginning of January, its not almost February and living here has costs negatively effected my quality of life.
