You should pass.
More bad than good.
Rent is bad and raising every single year. Definitely not worth the money. Apts are old. Hardwood floors are done terribly. Laundry room machines are always broken. Dogs pee in the stairwells all the time. Neighbors are always leaving garbage in halls and even the elevator. The Pool... Open for just 2 months. Parking garage is paid, and streets parking is getting worse. Maintenance is fair at best. Bugs are a problem in the building.
And worst of all is management company... . will not return your calls timely. And I wanted out of my lease with 3 months to go and the would not let me out. Just goes to show the lack of character of bad people. Trust me you will not happy you moved there.
