looks like a hotel

They recently renovated the entire building. It looks like a luxury hotel. Carpeting on every floor. The rooms are spacious and airy. Subways and buses are in walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are abundant.

There are 14 washing machines of which normally 10 or more are broken on any given day. Water bugs in the laundry room are plentiful. Bugs hide in the carpeting on every floor.

I've lived here for over 40 years so I enjoy the area and the building. I would give it 5 stars but... because of the bugs and laundry room, i can't.
