Amazing view. Great local amenities. Awesome Staff
The secret may be out about LIC, but have to say it's a wonderful place to live. TFC management has been great. Love the apt.

Excellent Building
Right on the water with great views, not terribly far from the subway, great maintenance staff and easy online payment. This is a very well constructed, well maintained building.

Queens Apartment, Manhattan problems!
I've lived in my apartment for the last 9 years. I've seen the neighborhood grow up around me, and truly become a lovely place to live. Unfortunately, with that positive change has come the incredible rent increases that goes with it and I will soon be priced out. This year was a 17% increase. The building staff is terrific, the apartments and building are well maintained. It truly is a nice place to live.

TF Cornerstone
This is the perfect building if you want the absolute hands-down best view of Midtown Manhattan. Gantry State Park is your backyard and fine dining is just a crosswalk away! The common areas are exemplary and the staff is out of this world polite and helpful. The large courtyard and roof-top deck area with lounge chairs, tables, and grills, makes it an oasis away from all of the noise, hustle and bustle of big city living. TF Cornerstone is one exemplary living space.
