terrible
useless management. filthy gym, loud construction noises. The owner don't care, they just want that monthly rent. Greedy people.

Not even worth a look
Poor management and poor building structure. The management takes your rent every month, that's all fair but when it comes to you asking them to do some work for you ? Nah they don't reply and they can care less about anyone here. GPM ? Greedy property management. People are moving out quickly, I have never seen so many vacancy in the building, they handle all situations poorly and thinking "free hotdogs" will have the tenants renew the lease. Lol

Stay Away from The Bevel
Building is unfinished. Contractors don’t wear masks inside and smoke Marajuana on the job. Window panes break and aren’t repaired. Management (Goose PM) is horrible and often unresponsive. Do not rent here. Much better options in LIC.
