About 110 Greenwich Ave Apartments

110 Greenwich Street was built in the Art Deco style in 1929, where a large majority of units are lofts with 14’ ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. Some units have sleeping lofts and private terraces.

110 Greenwich...
offers some of the most unique views Manhattan has to offer. To the North you will find the Fulton Center’s giant Oculus and the new World Trade Center Towers, to the East is Trinity Church, to the West is the World Financial Center and Brookfield Place and to the South is the Verrazano Bridge to the Atlantic. The building features a beautiful roof deck, laundry facility and live-in superintendent.
The location is immersed in grocery stores, restaurants, and retailers such as SHO Shaun Hergatt, BLT Bar & Grill, Capital Grill, Bobby Van’s Grill and Steakhouse, Harry’s Café & Steak, Financier Patisserie, La Maison du Chocolat, Variety Market, Whole Foods, Century 21, Tiffany’s, Hermes, Banana Republic, Abercrombie & Fitch and many more. Some of the only indoor malls in Manhattan are all within a 5 minute walk such as Brookfield Pace, the Fulton Transit Center. The W Downtown Hotel & Living Room Bar and Terrace are in the area.
The location benefits from its close proximity to the extensive cultural offerings of Lower Manhattan. Within walking distance are the New York City Police Museum, the Museum of American Finance, the Federal Hall National Memorial, the Museum of Jewish Heritage, and countless others. The National September 11 Museum and Memorial opened its doors recently on the World Trade Center site. The Tribeca Film Festival, created in 2002 by producer Jane Rosenthal and actor Robert De Niro, draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to the neighborhood for exclusive screenings, panel discussions, and music performances.

110 Greenwich Avenue is within a close proximity to multiple transportation options. The Fulton Center transportation hub provides access to 10 subway lines including the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, J, Z, and R trains.

Earthquake living

Every time the subway goes by (every 5 minutes), the building shakes and any apartment above the 2nd floor in the building feels like you're experiencing an earthquake! It even disturbs the cable signal when it passes! So much for enjoying that super dramatic ending of Scandal the other night---train goes by, channels go black. Kitchens are poorly designed---can't open refrigerator doors and can't open the oven door. No overhead lighting in living room, one light in kitchen and one in hallway.... Prices way too high for all the design and structural issues. That all being said, the super is really nice and the management company does a great job addressing your concerns!
