Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home, and will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. A full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days for stays of 60 nights or longer, with fees invoiced prior to the service.
