Shady leasing, poor management and many maintenance issues
Mistakes on the lease, faulty electronic keys, thin walls that allow you to join your neighbors conversation, lost packages, and faulty water/plumbing are just a few of the issues I experienced during my short tenure at 507. Avoid if you can!

Poor Management
Beware to all those interested to come here - there are rats in this building, which only adds to the list of issues management has trouble grappling with. The rent is not justified.

Poor interiors, fire alarms constant
Location is nice, but the fire alarms in the unit are so sensitive that they go off just from the shower steam in your bathroom. Chatting with my neighbors and the doormen, this is a pervasive problem throughout the property. I haven't been able to take a single shower without the alarm blaring for 10-15 minutes. I will edit the review if management fixes the problem somehow. Needless to say, 2 months free rent won't make up for this incredible annoyance.
Another major problem with the interior... (which was designed by a novice architect, I assume) is the kitchen cabinets are so narrow that a typical round dinner plate can't fit inside it. My dinner plates and my silverware tray both have to go on the counter or on the high up wide shelf to fit - total nonsense. I have never seen anything like that in my life. They should have made fewer cabinets if it meant basic kitchen goods could actually fit in them.
The closets in the bedroom also only come with one bar across rather than the double top/bottom bar (which gives you double hanging storage). They instead leave you with a very large space with no shelf at the top of the closet - good luck figuring out how to use that space - maybe put a suitcase up there.
Overall fairly thoughtless interior design with a massive issue with fire alarms going off for everyone.
