Convenient East Village Studio
This spacious studio is very conveniently located right between the F and L lines and is also not too far from the 6. It is perfect for students attending NYU as it is a 15 minute walk to the main campus. Thompson Park two blocks away provides a nice green escape and is the culmination point for the annual Village Dance Parade.
The studio apartment can be made into two separate rooms thanks to the sliding French doors in the middle and includes a kitchenette with mini fridge, stove, oven, sink... , and cabinet space. The closet is a good size for one person.
The street is a little loud so apartments facing the courtyard are definitely quieter. There have been some maintenance issues that have come up, particularly with the bathtub, but the building super has always been quick to respond to maintenance requests.
I've lived here for two years with my boyfriend and, though we have had some issues with maintenance and the loud street, we are generally happy with it and would recommend it to future residents!
