Spacious Apartments in Irondequoit

I have lived in the apartment for 3 months now and I am very pleased. I was told by the property manager that I have the largest 1 bedroom in the complex so my apartment is $20 more expensive than the other 1 bedrooms. It is in a perfect location, less than a minute from plenty of stores and within a 5 minute drive of a bunch of restaurants and fast food chains as well as gas stations. Full size appliances including a dishwasher are a great plus. The courtyard and back yard lot are a nice escape... from the chaos that can sometimes be Hudson Ave. Unless you're standing at the street watching traffic pass though, you wouldn't realize where you are. Overall a great deal and nice to find a place that accepts pets without a huge fuss! I have a dog and a cat and most of the other tenants have dogs as well. My only suggestion would be for them to fence in the back area so we could let our dogs run free in a mini dog park just for the tenants' pets!
