Love Living Here!

Been here 4 years and just renewed lease again. Quiet; plenty of flat sidewalks for walking; convenient, centrally located for
almost all our errands and activities; minutes to most shopping; attractive landscape maintained well. Impressed with prompt replacement of dryer, water tank and blinds.
Friends always comment on excellent layout. The few
minor repairs were promptly fixed.

good move

I needed to down size after living in my home more than 50 years so all the closets in my New home were wonderful. From the front door into the open foyer I knew I was in the right place. the open concept with the cathedral ceilings and the gas fireplace in the living room were very inviting. their is a closet in almost every room and the storage room in my two car garage was the frosting on the cake. All appliances are included so I neither had to buy or worry about their repair. The unit... was immaculate when I moved in freshly painted and new carpet in the bedrooms. Walk in closet in my bedroom and going form my car directly into the house, and walk in shower were all things that I never had and so are greatly appreciated. The sidewalks and street lights make this quite neighborhood so safe for walkers and drivers.

Villas of Brighton

The Villas of Brighton is an excellent choice for a carefree lifestyle conveniently located to shopping, businesses and medical facilities in the Rochester, NY area. My wife and I are very happy with the amount the amount of space provided in each unit as well as the high quality architectural finishes. We greatly appreciate that the snow removal and lawn care are all inclusive in the rent. The property manager is very responsive to our maintenance requests and the maintenance men are very... knowledgeable and courteous. All in all it is a great place to live.
