I can tell that things are changing and management is not being transparent with the non JW residents.
Rental increases for some have become unethical and should be illegal. Hoping this changes.

Love this community and my amazing neighbors . However the running of the community with outrageous rent increases and total lack of access to amenities ( that renting families pay for) is unacceptable. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are clean, the experience is very stressful and uncertain

Wish we had the previous cleaning company back. Otherwise I have no complaints.
Also can you remind residents they cannot leave garbage out all weekend. The building smells and it might cause rodents.

Mostly good. Lack of personal communication with office staff is near impossible with only one person to deal with so many. Just not a realistic ratio.

This location is fantastic. We've just moved in a few weeks ago and so far everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating. We strongly feel we made the best decision to move here.
