Completely agree with the review above. The area is not safe. Came home to a homeless on the floor in the parking lot, was almost attacked by someone mid day…
To make the building safe they installed key fobs on every single door and even the elevator which means that you won’t be able to let delivery people in. Management say UPS/FEdx has the keys fobs and they will leave the package inside of the building but they do not have it and it’s either they leave the package outside (which mine was... taken a few times) or they just don’t leave it.
If you are by yourself (especially females) I would highly recommend to look for a safer place.

Deadbolts should be on all apartments!!
Period, point blank, end of discussion!
The building is not always secured. Door wouldn't close in the front for a few days. Door on Genesee st side doesn't close sometimes. When you can open a door with a credit card, or screwdriver how secure are we really?
