This is house is most appropriate for students for which at least one of which has a car. It is only a 9 minute bike ride home, but getting there -- killer. I am a former philosophy professor there from a few years back so if you want any tricks of... the trade, let me know. There is a plus the drive from here -- since the 36/63 route takes you to the bottom entrance of the campus. No 20A Yay! If you don't know, you will. The house has very large bedrooms about 14x14, one has a balcony, and one has a fireplace, none have enough outlets, original hardwood floors, the upstairs hall itself feels like it's own room. WiIll come with some furniture. There are 1.5 baths, but the cool one downstairs has a bidet. It also has full eat in kitchen plus 2 entertainment rooms. Dog friendly, pretty relaxed. Keep dogs on their lines outside for traffic reasons. If you have any potty issues make sure it doesn't stain the floors and look up stuff on crate training. It works! There are also 2 entertainment areas downstairs Partially furnished. Heat included. Electricity, internet and/or cable separate. Please have a cleaning schedule. These older houses collect dust fast.
