The Promenade at Beaver Creek Apartments

This is such a nice place to live. Any maintenance requests I have get done the same day, the staff is very nice and helpful with anything I need. I enjoy the resident socials they plan, especially food truck night. They try to think of different things for us to enjoy. The property is always taken care of and snow and salt removal. The Promenade is very nice. I have no complaints at all. I have lived here for 2 years now in a 2 bedroom with a loft. The apartments are spacious and they offer lots of different style apartments. I love that it is maintenance free and maintenance is very helpful when needed (which has only been about 4 times since I moved in, and for minor things). The office team is very helpful and friendly also whenever I need anything or have any questions. I love living here. They throw great resident... socials such as food truck night which is always a lot of fun. All of the residents I've met are very nice too and keep to themselves. The rent is reasonable for what you get. The amenities are great too, I love the tanning bed and gym that has 24 hour access. And the movie room and cyber lounge is pretty neat too. Our apartment is awesome. The facilties like the gym and pool are in top shape and are well maintained. The apartments themselves are spacious and high quality. The lawns are well maintained and the staff is very helpful.

This has been by far the best complex I've ever lived in and we actually have met life long friends in the process. There is a comparable complex down the street and honestly 3 years ago when my wife and I were looking that one had my vote. Our current complex had my wife's vote and we all know how that plays out. I can honestly say I'm very happy we chose The Promenade. The grounds are meticulously kept and maintenance is always available. Although we have called them maybe 3-4 times in... the 3 years we have been here. The staff has always been very helpful with special thanks to the property manager whom has helped us several times when we needed. The amenities are nice especially the grill area where we have met incredible people whom will be friends for life. The value for the money is fantastic in my mind.
