The washer and drier had a pan under it and leaked all year. The pan made it obvious they knew there was a problem. You will get many gnats. They can come out of the drains, and Greenbriar told a friend of mine there was nothing they could do. Some units are more modern/nice while others are not. You do not get shown a specific unit and could get super lucky or super screwed. They tried to charge us for carpet wear claiming we did it, but it was super rough looking when we moved in. The table... they gave us had an unsteady leg and easily could have broken. They also charged us for replacing burner pans, which we did, and a missing shower curtain rod, which was not there when we moved in. The man I disputed the refund with was rude and demeaning.
