Love My New Home! As a first time renter, I was very nervous and anxious about my move from FL to OH. The team at Redwood Canal Winchester has made all the difference- not only was my apartment so clean and well prepared, but I had such a thoughtful welcome card and gift waiting for me. They even equipped me with some first day necessities that I didn’t even think of! On my first day here, I connected with Kristie, the manager, and Erick and Bryant, the service team. All were so responsive,... kind, and helpful. Looking forward to getting settled in and feeling more at home. A wonderful experience to date, thank you!

Overpriced Overpriced rentals for what you get and how you’re treated. Slow response to any office questions, poor planning of the never ending mandatory maintence, and constant landscaping, feritilization, and construction.
