Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the stay length and is collected separately.
