Nice but so noisy..

The apartment itself is newly renovated and maintained well. Most of the utilities are paid/grouped by the company for easier paying and cheaper prices. The shared laundry is okay but new washer and dryers are nice. The building is old at its core though, the walls are paper thin and the wood and tile floors make any and all sounds echo throughout the building. I am able to hear all of the conversations that my neighbors have as well as stomping footsteps from above me, I’m not a fan. Also,... dogs/cats are allowed, no complaints about the cats. However, with the walls being so thin it sounds like barking dogs are in my unit, many sleepless nights, can’t blame the dog though, just the owner for not being there or not disciplining. Front and back entrance doors are slamming constantly as people come in and out and it shakes the building, it drives you crazy after a while. The parking is free on the street and in the back of the building, I liked this feature. Also, close to a lot of different food and shopping. All in all, if you don’t mind hearing people, dogs, doors, and other noises throughout the entire day then this is a good place to live. I am moving out at the end of my lease because I can’t take the chaos any longer.

Cozy 1-Bedroom

Safe quiet neighborhood, all appliances furnished by landlord, shared laundry room, secure entrances to building, ample parking. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Property is well maintained, landlords are VERY nice. Rent is reasonable, tenant pays electric. I'm never moving.
