DONT MOVE HERE!!

Worst living experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the bathtub always being clogged, to thief’s in the building. This apartment makes well over $60k per month in rental income but when asked to spend a few hundred on cameras at the front doors to stop people from stealing, apparently that’s to much money for them. What a joke. This place is ridiculous and the property management does not care about their tenants. Can’t wait to leave!!

Upscale Prices for Trash Living

I moved into this place, and it understandably needed updates, but the water gets shut of constantly, and several of my neighbors report bugs. The winters get cold, and I asked them to up the heat, but they did the best they could do, and I still had to buy a space heater. My AC units spit out black specs. The internet speeds are poor quality, and probably wont get better anytime soon.

Don’t do it ! Ever !

I moved in Oct 1. and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Upon moving in the first set of boxes I noticed bedbugs and roaches coming out of the vents. I immediately called the manager and told her if my issues and sent pictures. I was told even though she managed the properties that it was the owners decision and after 3 days her decision was to not release me from the lease. Had I already been a tenant I understand but it is wreckless to want someone to move in knowing those... conditions. An exterminator was sent but ask yourself. Would you be comfortable moving your belongings into a place you knew was infested ?! Profit above anything is the impression I was given. After listening to several tenants this place has been infested for years. A facelift is in process that was necessary for them to justify the higher rent but the interior is lacking hygiene. There is black mold in the ac units, the storage facility has been destroyed and is unusable. You are charged a valet trash fee which should have been optional. I should have checked out more reviews myself. I am now stuck to this lease for at least a year. Do yourself a favor and check around first. For the money they are charging you can find something pest free
