Leaks, Mold & Corp evicted tenants

The previous landlord was terrible. There are multiple leaks that lead to mold problem. They can try to cover up a lot of damage, but this old building needs new plumbing, roofing & windows. Also, you cannot control the temp in your unit, the manager does & there is no safety, no peep holes or buzzers-who knows who is on the other side of your door? And I hope you like steep stairs, there’s a lot of them! Don’t leave before checking out the “laundry room”. 2 units for 4 buildings! And it’s dank... down there .
What breaks my heart is that the corporation that bought the buildings evicted everyone in January-awful!!
